My friend is creating a website for me on macs iweb and I use yahoo’s sitebuilder to build my site.

I need a free and easy website builder similar to freewebs or webs.com.
I need it to be easy step-by-step software.
Please don’t recommend me any free hosting sites because I don’t need hosting. I just need the step-by-step builder.
