What is the best way to sell software hosting service for business applications to companies?

If I have a data center where I can set up the servers and the necessary software, what is the best way to sell the hosting service where I will manage and support the business applications for companies? Basically, I will be the outsourcing company for the applications and off-loading the work from the client companies. I plan to host business applications such as accounting software, HR/Payroll, CRM, ERP, etc.
As a professional applications hosting company, I will be able to host customer’s applications more efficiently thereby reducing the cost.

What exactly does Team Builders do?

I’ve run across a site called Team Builders and don’t quite understand the concept of how they operate and was hoping someone could explain it in simple English for me.
They say they pick a company then assign a “team” from their members to build that company on the internet. Once they do this they pick another company and team and build again.
Supposably the members of Team Builders can make money out of this but to me it seems only the person who’s company is being built by the “team” are the ones to make money.
Please can someone explain this to me????
