It’s a free website builder that I made a site on to sell my full blood pups… What are some good ways to advertise it?

I am starting from scratch on my resume, it need a new update, but i need help finding a site. One that will be a template to be creative an original, with lots of ideas !

I’ve been using freewebs.com BUT I want a free web hosting site similar to this, WITHOUT templates, etc.
BASICALLY, I want to be able to code my own site.
But … for free.

I used site builder to build our site which is being hosted by yahoo. Can someone tell me how to create a 310 redirect on a yahoo web hosted site
