Blogging really is the big thing these days, I’m a blogger myself. I own – you could use the same system that I use, and there are TONS of free templates out there. The content management system (CMS, the blog software) I use is called WordPress. Of course you want to get free or buy hosting so you can host your website on the internet. You can do that easily by searching Google for ‘web host’ or ‘free web host’. WordPress is a powerful blogging system, used by millions. You can pretty much find everything on Google, it’s your best friend. Look for WordPress plugins, themes, and of course the content management system itself.

I think you should contact. They are developing site’s using CMS system, which is free and you can get online available templates to suite your site requirements. They develop and install the CMS on your server and then you don’t need to hire any one to update your site.
Every thing can be done via CMS, adding menu to the site, adding new pages to your site, or even getting free available module’s to make your site more SEO.
They are professional web solutions company. For Bazish.Net perfection is not an ideal, it is a condition. To them YOU are the one that matters. Your needs comes first. Their goal is to offer you new and efficient solutions. Contact Them at, They are here for you.

Learning how to write a website is the best way – then you can make what *you* want, not what the person who wrote the website builder wanted.

As far as a chat room, that’s a server, not a web page. You can put a chat *program* (client) on a page, but it has to connect to a server to work.

A login system requires knowledge of programming and at least PHP and SQL. (And a lot more if you want it to be secure.)
