How can I retrieve my yahoo site builder program?

I purchased the Site Builder program and have been using it for several years, but now it has disappeared from my computer. How can I re-download it?

   Hey Yahoo! Sitebuilder is a free software. They have the 2.5 version released. Find it at
   sitebuilder.yahoo.com

   Go to Program Files. Then open Yahoo! Sitebuilder.

   If that does not work, log on to yahoo! Small Business and download it again.
