How do I put my “FREEWEBS” site on Google?

I used their site-builder thing…it lets me use CSS which I figure is the best bet. Does anyone know the “meta” code to put in keywords for the google spider to pick up?

It depends what topic it is about or what site it was originally come from. Search topics about your websites.

Well Google typically ignores keywords. Your website will eventually get on Google and other search engines as the number of other sites that link to your site increase.

If you get linked by a site who has lots of links from other sites, that is weighted more than being linked from a site that has nobody or only a few sites linking to it.

Once you get linked by a site that is linked by a few other sites, you should find yourself on Google and other search engines quite quickly.
