How to post in on yahoo site builder?

I need to know how to make the form so I can have people post pictures and videos and let them be able to post it up so I can have a list of people who have already posted.

   I struggled with the same thing on Yahoo Sitebuilder. It all boils down to it not being permitted. I eventually hyperlinked to another web site just to see immediate postings
