We can I get good website templates that are not crazy expensive, or even free? Thanks!

I am looking for a site or software I can make my own templates for websites. Please let me know you have any info.

Right now I’ve looked at templatemonster and entheosweb. I just need a cool/modern looking template, easy to maneuver and for under 100 bux.

When I see a site that was designed using the many templates out there (such as templatemonster.com) it is very easy to spot. What do these templates have in common that makes them easy to seperate from custom designed websites?

Is there any websites out there where you can upload your website templates so they can be bought?
