Where can i get internet website templates? I am through Fat Cow?

I need a template like dell and hp have for customizing computers anyone know how i can find one similar to those? also i am throught the Fat Cow website building. they dont have many templates.. so idk if theres a better site? please help

   The Internet is cluttered with lousy templates from people who design them poorly, offer no help and sell them at high prices.

   I will recommend you to Google the Templates or just visit some professional template website. They can help you a lot in may ways.
